Data we collect and why

This site collects personal data at one single point: the contact form (name, email address, message text). We use it only to reply to your enquiry. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party pixels, or sell/share your data for marketing purposes.

Who receives your data

• Formspree Inc. (United States) — routes contact form submissions to my inbox, acting as a data processor for this sole purpose. The transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to the extent the provider is certified under it at the time of sending — verification in progress.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting infrastructure and cookieless, aggregated traffic analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not identify individual visitors.

Retention

Form messages are read and then deleted within a reasonable time; they are not stored in a site database (the site is static and has none). They remain in my email history per my email provider's retention policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR Articles 15-22 you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to the certified email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or third-party cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is a technical preference (whether you've dismissed the language suggestion), stored in localStorage on your device — not a cookie, never sent to any server. No consent banner is required for this.
